How do I order? Simply add the product(s) you'd like to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Login if you are an existing customer or fill out your registration details for a new account. Confirm your name and address details as well as method of payment and shipping. Select CONTINUE to process the order. If you choose to pay via PayPal you will be taken to the PayPal website to process your order and then returned back to Daisy Stationery. If you choose to pay via Direct Bank Deposit, you will be given Daisy Stationery's account details to make payment. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours please contact us. How and when do I pay? Payment should be made at the time of ordering. We accept payment by Paypal, Credit cards through Paypal and Direct Bank Deposit. If paying via Direct Bank Deposit please ensure that you quote your order number as the payment reference so we can track your payment easily. When will I receive my order? We process orders within 1 working day of receiving them and actual delivery should be within 4-10 working days for orders using regular post. If express post is selected, delivery should be within 1-2 working days. Orders paid via Direct Bank Deposit will only be dispatched once payment has been received and cleared. Delivery times are an estimate and will depend on the location of delivery. If we experience a delay in processing your order, we will endeavour to contact you either via email or phone. How is shipping calculated? Each product has been individually weighed and shipping is calculated based on weight. A $1.50 handling charge is added to cover packaging materials. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout so you will know precisely how much the delivery cost will be. Has my order been shipped yet? When your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification from Daisy Stationery. Can I cancel my order? We ship most orders within 1 working day of receiving payment. If you decide to cancel your order you need to notify us straight away. If you have already received an order confirmation from Daisy Stationery it may be too late to cancel. We start processing the order the day we receive payment. Generally it takes 1 working day once payment is received to ship. Do you ship internationally? No. Due to high shipping costs, we only ship within Australia at present. |
