Daisy Stationery wants to make sure all our customers are completely delighted with our products and service.

All products are checked and packed safely to avoid and minimise damage in transit. Should you receive a product that is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, please contact Daisy Stationery within 5 business days of delivery. We will then assess your claim and discuss refund or exchange options. Once your refund or exchange has been approved, you should post your item(s) to Daisy Stationery to the address provided by us.

Please note:

  • No claim will be accepted without prior approval.
  • Goods received without approval will be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.
  • All goods must be returned in their original packaging and be in a resaleable condition. For fragile items, please pack them carefully and well so they will not be damaged when returned.
  • A copy of the original receipt must be forwarded with the returned goods. It is the customer’s responsibility to organise and pay for the freight cost for goods returned. We recommend purchasing insurance and delivery confirmation for high value items. The cost of the original freight will not be refunded. Daisy Stationery will not accept goods that are sent as collect or non-paid freight and goods sent in this manner will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind, or make a wrong decision.
