Shipping Charges Daisy Stationery delivers Australia wide using Australia Post. We aim to keep delivery costs to a minimum. Each product has been individually weighed and shipping is calculated during the checkout process based on weight. Regular Post Delivery within 4-10 working days. No insurance against damage, loss or theft. Up to 250g - $6.00 250g to 500g - $7.00 500g to 1kg - $11.50 1kg to 2kg - $12.50 Regular Post - Registered Delivery within 4-10 working days. Includes compensation for loss or damage of the article up to $100. Signature required on delivery. Up to 250g - $9.00 250g to 500g - $10.00 500g to 2kg - $14.50 1kg to 2kg - $15.50 Express Post Guaranteed next business day delivery within the Express Post network. Postcodes outside this guarantee generally take 2 business days to deliver. No insurance against damage, loss or theft. Up to 500g - $10.00 500g to 2kg - $13.00 Express Post Platinum Guaranteed next business day delivery within the Express Post network. Postcodes outside this guarantee generally take 2 business days to deliver. Automatic compensation up to $100 should loss or damage occur. Up to 500g - $14.00 500g to 2kg - $17.50
Delivery Time We process orders within 1 working day of receiving them and actual delivery should be within 4-10 working days for orders using regular post. If express post is selected, delivery should be within 1-2 working days. Orders paid via Direct Bank Deposit will only be dispatched once payment has been received and cleared. Delivery times are an estimate and will depend on the location of delivery. If we experience a delay in processing your order, we will endeavour to contact you either via email or phone. Registered Mail To minimise delivery costs, we do not automatically insure or register our freight, however if you would like to use Registered Post, this can be selected at the checkout. Your parcel will be required to be signed for when you receive it to protect it from theft. If you are not at your delivery address when a driver calls, the parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office for your collection. Australia Post (or the allocated courier) will leave a card for you with instructions on how to collect your delivery. The parcel will remain at the Post Office or freight depot for a limited time. If it is not collected during that time the item will be returned to Daisy Stationery. If Daisy Stationery is to arrange a second delivery, we have the right to charge you a second freight charge, which must be paid prior to us re-dispatching your goods. Goods Lost or Damaged in Transit Although every care is taken when packaging your goods for transit, Daisy Stationery does not assume any responsibility for items damaged, lost or stolen in the post. Unless postal insurance has been taken out we will be unable to issue you with a refund or replacement. |
