Daisy Stationery - ABN 62 419 890 409 Customer Acknowledgement: The Customer acknowledges agreement with these Terms and Conditions of Sale by the placement of an order to purchase product(s) from Daisy Stationery. HOW TO ORDER A. ONLINE ORDERS Select a Product by Category: Browse the categories on the left side of the page to find and select the category that you require. Scroll down the page to view all the products in that category or refine your search by navigating through the sub categories. Click on a product for more information. Type in the quantity you require and then click ADD TO CART. Select a Product by Keyword: Insert a keyword in the SEARCH BOX located on the top right side of the page. If using more than one keyword, leave a space between the words and do not use punctuation symbols such as a comma, full stop or dash. View the Shopping Cart: You can continue to add items to your shopping cart as you browse through the site. Clicking on SHOPPING CART will allow you to view all items in your cart and you can delete any item or update the quantity. Checkout: You have the option to checkout using Direct Deposit or PayPal or you can proceed through our secured checkout by completing your customer details and clicking \'CONTINUE\' to confirm your Billing and Delivery details. If you have a Discount Code, enter the code and click \'Update Cart\' to view your discount. Select the delivery service you require and your payment method. Method of Payment: Daisy Stationery accepts payment by PayPal, Credit Card (via PayPal only) and Direct Deposit. Daisy Stationery does not accept payments by Cheque or Money Order. 1. PayPal Select this option if you would like to pay using your PayPal account. 2. Credit Card (via PayPal only) Select this option if you like to pay using your Visa or MasterCard. To complete your order, please click on the Paypal button to pay by credit card. You don't need a Paypal account - just look for the Credit Card logos in the left corner and click the Continue button. Once you've completed your payment you'll be returned back to Daisy Stationery. 3. Direct Bank Deposit Select this option if you would like to pay via Direct Bank Deposit. Daisy Stationery bank account details will be displayed during the checkout process and on the Order Confirmation sent to your email address. Goods will only be dispatched once payment has been received and cleared. B. TELEPHONE ORDERS If you would prefer to order your goods by phone, contact Wendy at Daisy Stationery on (07) 3882 3208 between 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. C. FAX AND MAIL ORDERS Customers that do not wish to order and purchase over the internet can fax or mail their order. The order should include the item name and price of the product(s) to be purchased, the customer's full name, delivery address, phone number and preferred payment method. Order details can be faxed to (07) 3882 3264 or mailed to Daisy Stationery, PO Box 3181, Warner QLD 4500. D. EMAIL ORDERS Customers can email their order to sales@daisystationery.com.au. The order should include the item name and price of the product(s) to be purchased, the customer's full name, delivery address, phone number and preferred payment method. PRICES Prices displayed throughout this website are in Australian dollars. Whilst every effort is made to list prices correctly, factors beyond our control may vary the cost and we reserve the right to change prices without notice. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY The products listed on this website are available to ship within 1 working day. If you would like to order more stock than is available, contact us and we’ll let you know how soon more stock can become available. Daisy Stationery will notify you via email if any items on your order are unavailable and/or the estimated date of arrival of new stock is in excess of two weeks. Occasionally products may become discontinued. Daisy Stationery makes every effort to delete these items from the website as soon as they become unavailable. If this situation arises, we will give you the option of a refund or an exchange item. PRODUCT DESIGN CHANGES All products on our website may be subject to design, colour variation or change (including packaging) at any time. We reserve the right to supply you with the current item. PRODUCT USE Products listed on Daisy Stationery are for ages 6 and up. Products used by children must be used under correct adult supervision. RETURNS POLICY Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged items All products are checked and packed safely to avoid and minimise damage in transit. Should you receive a product that is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, please contact Daisy Stationery within 5 business days of delivery so that we can assess your claim and discuss refund or exchange options. Once your refund/exchange has been approved, you should post your item(s) to Daisy Stationery, PO Box 3181, Warner QLD 4500. Please note: - No claim will be accepted without prior approval.
- Goods received without approval will be rejected and returned at your expense.
- All goods must be returned in their original packaging.
- A copy of the original receipt or Order Confirmation must be forwarded with the returned goods.
It is your responsibility to organise and pay for the freight cost for goods returned. The cost of the original freight will not be refunded. Daisy Stationery will not accept goods that are sent as collect or non-paid freight and goods sent in this manner will be returned at your expense. ERRORS AND OMISSIONS Daisy Stationery makes every effort to provide accurate pricing and product information. Because of the dynamic nature of this industry (e.g. supplier price changes and other variables beyond our control), prices, promotions, versions and availability advertised are subject to change without prior notice. Please be assured of our every effort to ensure the accuracy; however the documents, text and graphics published may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Daisy Stationery makes no representations about the suitability of this information; it is provided as is without warranty of any kind. If an error is made or a product is listed at an incorrect price, Daisy Stationery shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed. If the order has been confirmed and charged, Daisy Stationery shall immediately issue a refund. - The payment of the cost of having the goods or any part thereof repaired; or
- Refund of the goods upon return.
INDEMNITY You indemnify and hold harmless Daisy Stationery, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against all loss, damage, cost, expense and claim which may be suffered or incurred by you as a result of or in connection with your use of this website and our products and services.
